Terms of Use

Mindvest (mindvest.consulting) is an educational platform for globally mobile professionals. We provide self-assessment tools, educational content, learning modules and diagnostic reports to help you understand your financial confidence across five areas: savings readiness, retirement readiness, investment confidence, expat readiness and decision confidence.

Mindvest is operated by Steffen Hetzel. By accessing or using Mindvest you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Nothing on Mindvest constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal or professional advice of any kind.

All content — including assessment results, reports, scores, roadmaps, learning modules and recommendations — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Assessment scores reflect your own self-reported responses and are orientation tools, not measures of actual wealth, investment performance or legal compliance.

Always consult a qualified financial adviser, tax professional or legal expert before making any significant financial or legal decision. Mindvest does not accept any liability arising from reliance on platform content for decision-making purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mindvest. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at connect@mindvest.company if you suspect unauthorised access.

Mindvest offers the following products:

• Financial Confidence Check — free; your score, band and top finding, emailed to you as a one-pager.
• Personal Wealth Visibility Report — $14.90 one-time; full dynamic report with per-pillar analysis, roadmap, prioritised steps and PDF download.
• Learning Subscription — $49.90/year; full access to the Mindvest learning library.
• Report + Learning Bundle — $59.90/year; includes the full report and learning library access.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period unless required by applicable law.

One-time report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been delivered.

All content on Mindvest — including text, assessment questions, learning modules, reports and software — is the intellectual property of Mindvest and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute or resell content without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the assessment responses you provide. By using the platform you grant Mindvest a limited licence to process and display your responses in order to provide the service.

You may not use Mindvest to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer or reproduce platform content at scale.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or systems.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.
• Provide false information when creating an account or using paid products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mindvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Mindvest shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
